The two-story residence consists of four apartments, designed for short-term rental. Each apartment is defined by a distinct color, creating a design that is both unique and cohesive.
The challenge of the project was to create a functional, distinctive, and harmonious living experience while maintaining a low construction cost.
The interior layout follows a repetitive logic, with the apartments organized in pairs with similar configurations. These are small, open-plan spaces, including a kitchen, workspace, sleeping area, and a separate bathroom.
A key design feature is the metal linear structures, which function both as dividers and focal points. These elements lightly define different zones within the space while serving as supports for the TV, open wardrobes, desks, and mirrors.
The color palette has been carefully curated so that the four apartment colors are visually connected, following the overall brand identity. Black and wooden details, combined with polished concrete finishes, bring balance and timelessness to the space.
Finally, the bathrooms are distinguished by the use of modern, dark terrazzo tiles, adding a bold yet elegant contrast to the overall design.
